1. We understand that there are times when you may need to miss an appointment due to emergencies or you may need to reschedule a booked appointment due to obligations however, due to a recent increase in no-show numbers we will be introducing a fee to cover the appointment missed if there is not sufficient notice given. To reschedule the appointment we require 24 hours’ notice, other time frames will only be considered with further information and at the discretion of the manager.

If you do not let us know in advance that you cannot attend your appointment, no further appointments will be given to you until you have paid the fee for the missed appointment first.
The consultation fee is €30.

2. We understand that delays can happen, however we must keep the other patients and the Doctor on schedule. If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to facilitate the appointment at that time and the appointment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be classed as a no show and the fee will apply.
